These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at sandbox.altflex.com (the "Site") and any services provided by CareerVantage Connections ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site or purchasing any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

3. Services
We offer career-related services including but not limited to career coaching, résumé and CV writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, personal branding, interview coaching, and related consulting services ("Services"). Service descriptions, pricing, and delivery terms are available on the Site or in client agreements.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or purchase Services. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the power to enter into these Terms.
5. Accounts
Certain Site features and access to Services require account registration. You agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information during registration; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information; and (c) keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at info@sandbox.altflex.com of any unauthorized use.
6. Payments and Billing
We collect payment for Services on the Site. We process payments through WooPayments (which may include card processing, Klarna, Google Pay and related payment options provided by WooPayments). By providing payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
All fees are quoted in the currency shown on the Site. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable after Services have been rendered. Refunds, if any, are provided at our discretion and governed by any separate written agreement or our refund policy on the Site.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellation and refund terms may vary by Service. If you need to cancel or request a refund, contact us at info@sandbox.altflex.com. We will evaluate requests in accordance with these Terms and any applicable written agreement.
8. User Conduct
When using the Site and Services you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers or networks connected to the Site;
- Share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive or invasive of privacy;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or computer systems;
- Use the Site to transmit spam or other unsolicited messages.
9. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are owned by CareerVantage Connections or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without our written permission. Where Services include deliverables created for you (e.g., a résumé or cover letter), we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the deliverables for your personal or professional job-seeking activities; we may retain ownership of templates, underlying tools, and methodologies.
10. Third-Party Services
The Site integrates third-party services (including payment processors and analytics providers). Use of third-party services is subject to the third parties' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
11. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee any particular result from use of our Services, including obtaining employment, interviews, or specific income.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CareerVantage Connections BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO CareerVantage Connections IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CareerVantage Connections and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or your account at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Site immediately ceases.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any claim or dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wisconsin.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site and update the Effective Date. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
